BC Wood Properties successfully acquired Memorial Village Shopping Center on April 1, 2007. The center is located in Murfreesboro, TN, just south of Nashville. This is the company’s 11th center in the state of Tennessee which takes its entire retail portfolio to 20 centers in 3 states. The company has seen significant growth in the past 14 months, and plans to acquire more properties in the near future.
