March 1, 2018 – LEXINGTON, KY. – BC Wood Properties announced today that it has acquired The Commons at Winthrop, a 113,075-square-foot Earth Fare anchored shopping center in Rock Hill, South Carolina. The shopping center is located on Cherry Road, which is one of Rock Hill’s main thoroughfares.
The Commons at Winthrop is occupied by Earth Fare, Dollar Tree, Tuesday Morning, U.S. Postal Service, H&R Block, and GNC. BC Wood Properties plans to completely renovate the shopping center.

The Commons at Winthrop is BC Wood Properties’ third shopping center in South Carolina.
